About Danielle

Danielle began her career as an HR intern at Village Automotive Group and was promoted to HR Generalist, gaining hands-on experience in employee relations, hiring, and team support. In 2019, she joined OSI as an HR Generalist. Following multiple acquisitions and organizational transitions, she advanced through roles including HR Supervisor, HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and Principal HR Business Partner. Her current role focuses on aligning talent strategy with long-term business goals.

She holds a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of St. Thomas. Known for her steady leadership style and clear communication, Danielle values adaptability, continuous learning, and collaboration.

Outside of work, she is completing a 300-hour yoga teacher training and supports organizations such as the Red Cross, Soles 4 Souls, and Bridging. She is passionate about professional growth, wellness, and community engagement.
